The task of the Ethical and Disciplinary Committee is to ensure the following
in the manner specified in the law, in the Articles of Association and in the
Ethical and Disciplinary Regulations of the Chamber of Hungarian Architects:
contribution to the development of professional and ethical standards,
investigation professional and ethical complaints and, in the event of a
thorough suspicion of professional or ethical-disciplinary misconduct,
conducting the first-instance professional and ethical-disciplinary procedure.
